    Anderson was hired in February 2015 to lead the Business and Finance Operations of the District. As Little Elm ISD's Associate Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer, Anderson is responsible for the financial stewardship of the District, including business and operations.
     
    Anderson previously served as the Director of Business Services and Chief Financial Officer at Education Service Center Region 11 for nearly 13 years in Fort Worth. During his career at ESC Region 11, he led a team of financial professionals who provided accounting and finance services to education service centers, school districts, and charter schools throughout the state. Prior to his role at ESC Region 11, he was Budget and Accounting Supervisor at Carroll ISD where his responsibilities were to manage budgets and governmental accounting functions of a fast growth district. During his tenure at Carroll ISD the District realized substantial growth in students, and capital projects. 

    Anderson brings with him over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business management. His strengths include management and leadership of finance and business operations personnel. He is a proven leader, utilizing his managerial and technical strengths to help school districts establish strategies to reach their financial and operational goals.
