The Little Elm girls basketball program made history when the Lady Lobos featured four different players singing their letters of intent to play college ball.
Seniors Keviona Barber, Ma’K’La Woods, Taylor Johnson, and Summer Ogden all signed Wednesday to mark a new school record for girls basketball signees.
“This is an exciting day for our program,” said Kim Oliphant, Little Elm head coach. “It’s the hope for all of those girls that want to play basketball for the Lady Lobo basketball program, and they see this and aspire to be in the same situation as these girls are. We began a tradition here where we are constantly putting girls out at the next level. We have had girls in the past go on to the next level, but never this many at one time.”
